South-Texas-College

Our schools put great emphasis on multiplying single-digit numbers (for example 8 x 7, 6 x 9,and so forth), and for many children South-Texas-College, their success or failure at maths hinges on doing well in this rudimentary area. The general theory amongst most teachers and parents is that the only way to get good at multiplying is to memorise the tables.

There is a major problem with that theory, though. No one ever teaches our kids how to memorise! People just assume that every child will memorise by just looking at the tables or by repeating them over and over again. OK, this works for some kids, but for the rest it is a real struggle.

Time Table Rhyme, either the printed flash cards or eBook, can help you and your child achieve greater success learning and remembering the multiplication times tables with minimum effort, and is ideally suited for grade one to grade six primary-school-age children as reported by South-Texas-College.

Time Table Rhyme is based on 12 fun characters who get into all sorts of situations; colourful illustrations combined with a short story create a number image in your child's imagination. To a child, the maths multiplication tables have an abstract nature; they're a group of symbols with little meaning or purpose, boring and difficult to remember from one lesson to the next, or to memorise over a long period of time.

Our learning card system uses proven visual and auditory memory hooks based on an age-old technique called mnemonics that will help your child learn quickly and recall at RANDOM. The number image contains the answer. When the two characters meet, whatever they are doing rhymes with the answer - for example, "Dirty Tricks - 36"

Testimonial One

My daughter has been using Time Table Rhyme for almost a year. In that year I have seen her do nothing but grow and learn. In the morning she practices with her friends without looking back, and in the afternoon she wants to stay Maths through one more set. Time Table Rhyme has helped foster my daughters’ love for learning and playing.

Testimonial Two

My son Spencer is a 6-yr old dyslexic child that has a very limited maths ability. We were blessed after purchasing the Time Table Rhyme series; our son memorized each card and now actually goes through them from memory. We had never heard his voice for more than three words in a row and now he recites the entire series to us. Thanks! What a great tool you have given us to learn more about our wonderful son!

Testimonial Four

I want to give you extremely positive feedback on the Time Table Rhyme. I have to tell you it has been amazing. Every day our daughter is getting more confident in maths and also reading. Her primary aide found it very easy to use and it overcame any organizational obstacles. Now she has a maths tutor who is equally impressed.
